Welcome Homes is an Essex based company that specialises in property sales and letting.

We were requested to assist with the company's branding campaign, design and create the businesses new website, stationary and brochures. The outline requirement was to design and create a coprorate identity whilst still remaining relaxed and approachable. Our consultation experiance from similiar projects enabled us to assist the client in finding an identity that satisfied their desires and an overall design pattern that suited the business model.

Our next project was to create and implement the company website. In a competitive industry sector such as property the portfolio of premises is forever changing so it was decided to keep the website simple, clean and precise. This reduced the clients need to be continually redeveloping their website.

We finally implemented a marketing campaign that was rolled out to their client base and potential customers showing the new 'shopfront' to the business.
