Many of our clients have decided that our monthly retainer package is better suited for their requirements. What the package provides is the facility to pay a set monthly fee for us to oversee and facilitate the complete management of their media and marketing. A client may need their website managed and updated every month but also may require brochures, new business cards, an advert design for a local magazine, a powerpoint presentation for a corporate event and so forth. The likelyhood of needing all of these at once are slim but by allocating a monthly budget ensures a set volume of working hours. This not only enables our clients to forecast their expenditure for the coming year but also gives them a discount against our hourly rate therefore generating a saving.

An example of this is if a customer allows £500 a month for their media and design budget they would secure 240 hours per year (an average of 20 hours per month). This is a 25% increase in working hours over paying our normal rate card fees (around 70 free working hours per annum). The other way to look at this example of our retainer package is that all the clients design and media requirements are covered for £6,000 per annum.
